Your Face and Circles (Before)

What is the most common thing you see in the image? Yes, a lot of rounds and circles. Eventually, large circles incorporating your outfit and styles makes you look plumper and bigger. Round glasses and flat hairdo which obviously parted in the middle will give an illusion of big circles which emphasizing any extra chubs in your cheeks.

According to krupp, “Subtle changes have a dramatic impact when your canvas (profile) is this small”. To remedy fat face, angles is much better than circles. Attempt a thinly bang with face-framing highlights. Graduate from wearing glasses and pump up the makeup like contouring your cheekbones. You may add some false eyelashes and try fitting this womens clothing. Do you see the difference?

You’re Arms (Before)

What’s the most common troublesome part of women’s body? Yes, it’s your upper arm. Though the outfit you see above is doing no favors for you. Sleeves that cut off at the widest part of your arm and colors that contrast with your skin will emphasize your ever hated arms. Try to avoid this stuff.

Hiding your arms (After)

Hide your upper-arm that jiggles, go for dramatics – billowy sleeves shirts. You may also try v-necks shirts, quarter-length sleeves and slouchy sweaters.

You’re Back (Before)

The “muffin top” is a new term that describes an unfortunate fat layer that was pushed by tight jeans, creating a little roll around the waist. Have you see those muffin top of yours? The shirt you see in the image is the exact same type of the shirt she wore before though with a much darker in coloring and larger in size. You may try pairing this shirt with a high-waist jeans and a belt to create an illusion of hiding back fat. High-waist shape wear is also recommended to smooth out remaining rolls of those fats.

The Hips (Before)

"Stop shopping for trendy skirts," Krupp writes. If you have extra weight in your hips, the worst wardrobe option is one that makes people pay attention to your lower half. This skirt is too short and distracts people with its horizontal lines and fringe.

The Hips (After)

In this outfit, the model looks as if she's lost 10 lb. "This shapely pencil skirt fashions the body into a sexy hourglass," Krupp writes. Ruffles on top focus attention on the upper half.

Your Evening Wear (Before)

It's tough to feel elegant when you're sucking in your stomach in an unflattering dress. Don't try to solve the problem by piling on the sparkle. All the sequins on this dress point the eyes directly to the rear end. Plus, clunky heels do nothing for the legs.

The little black dress is classic for a reason. "You'll never look slimmer than in a LBD," Krupp says. Ruche along the midsection hides any extra bumps, and the knee-length cut keeps you covered without looking frumpy.
