We do our best to give you any and all information on the products you are looking at, so please don't get angry with us when something doesn't sound 'right' to you.
We also get giant shipments of new product [as a stylist I'm not usually one to unload boxes or stock, but I have helped from time to time] the boxes though are typically stacked up and take up most of our backroom and it is very difficult for us to get into a box and have it be the SPECIFIC product you want.
Aren't the holidays suppose to be happy and joyful? We are just as stressed as you are, but we are doing what we can to help make holiday [ahem....LAST MINUTE] shopping as easy and carefree as possible.
